Ordering information
All the products listed are stock items and can be ordered on-line via a
secure server. Simply select the required options for each product and
click the Add to Cart button. The products in your shopping basket can
be viewed and removed at any time by clicking the Check Cart button.
When your online order is complete, click the Checkout link and fill in
your address and payment details to complete your order.

Mail Order Delivery
We always endeavor to send your goods promptly. We usually send
stock items the same day but occasionally we may be waiting for
delivery of any item. In this event please bear with us and we will post
to you as soon as we can. If an
item is out of stock we will post to you the day it arrives,
please allow
14-21 days.

Small items under £15 are charged at £2.95
All other orders £4.95

(Next day deliveries are made on Monday to Friday only. and must be
ordered before 11.30am. We regret that we cannot guarantee 24 hour
delivery to Scotland or Northern Ireland.)
International Orders. We can despatch to anywhere in the world
and can quote for delivery outside the UK at the time of the order.

All orders placed online are encrypted and processed via a secure server
at www.securehosting.com which cannot be externally viewed.
Credit Cards
All credit and bank card transactions are debited at the time the order is
despatched. We currently accept nearly all major Credit & Debit cards except for American Express.
Money Back Guarantee
This applies to all keys mail order customers. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason, please return the goods within 14 days
in perfect condition and in the original wrappers with a covering note explaining
the problem and we will exchange or refund your money in full. We regret
however, this cannot apply to SPECIAL SIZES items, which are custom made
on a one off basis.
